Suspicious circumstances

Good Afternoon residents,

Today in your local area at approximately 00:00hrs we had a report of two males acting suspiciously, they were disturbed by the resident so left the area.

One of the males was dressed in full black and the other wearing a full grey outfit.

We had a separate report from another resident and they had their lock snapped, this is possibly the same two males, the investigation is still ongoing in relation to this.

If anyone has any cctv or information that can assist us then please reply to this message and I will be in contact to retrieve further information.
